By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are above 18 years old, or using the website with consent/supervision of parent/guardian.

Geode reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, at any time.

In order to use the website, user registration is required. Customer can easily register on website by filling the required information..
Section 4 – Ordering
In order to place the order on website your personal information is required. You need to provide us with your real Name and Surname, number, email and other information if required.
Placing the order
Customers can place an order 24/7. The ordering process consists of 6 consistent processes. After selecting the products and checking the accuracy of the products placed in the basket, the customer should:

Order confirmation
Upon placing the order, automatic email will be sent to the customer (valid e-mail address must be correctly indicated in the data). This document will indicate the number, price and description of the purchased product.
The user must verify the completeness and relevance of the information he / she provides to Geode. The latter cannot be held responsible for incorrect data and results.
The result of the order
Online registrations will be protected by all relevant security rules in Geode’s information systems and will be considered as evidence of communications, orders and payments between the parties.

Who can use online installments?
Citizen of Georgia, physical person.
A person who holds ID card, biometric passport or uses online bank of Bank of Georgia.
Meets age 18 – 65 years
A person who confirms income at the revenue service or receives remittances from abroad in Bank of Georgia.
Section 6 – Warranties and product fees
5.1 Only products marked with the Geode trademark are offered on geode.ge. Geode does not sell second-hand, low quality products that do not meet market standards.
5.2 On geode.ge product’s main composition is presented on the corresponding page of each product.
On geode.ge photos of products may not fully reflect the reality regardless of the perception of the Internet browser and monitor colors
5.3Product prices are subject to change, therefore it is possible to set a new price for each product from time to time, although this does not apply in cases where the price of the product changes due to obvious error.
After receiving order form on email, we recommend to check the final price of the product.
5.4 The order will be canceled automatically if Geode can not provide transportation in the specified country.
5.5 All products purchased on geode.ge are properly packaged in a box with identification label and seal. Do not replace or remove them from the box if you want to return the purchased product.
Section 7 – Pricing
Prices are indicated (in national currency) in GEL and include the tax established by the legislation of Georgia. Prices are also given in US dollars at the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Georgia on the day of payment.
The prices do not include the courier service fee, which will be indicated before the final confirmation of the order.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change the price at any time, without prior notice.
In case the products placed on the website are given at the wrong price, which is caused by a typo, we reserve the right to cancel the order, even if the order is confirmed or payment has been made.

Payment methonds
Customer can pay online with foreign and Georgian bank cards: VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX.
It is also possible to pay the order fee in cash. The customer has the right to use the payment method of his/her choice when confirming the order.
Geode reserves the right to suspend or / cancel the order in case the customer does not have the amount to pay in case of delay on the bank card.
Invoice
The user will receive an invoice after the order is completed and confirmed, the original will be saved in user’s account. Geode keeps the electronic copy of each invoice.

Section 11 – Exchange of online purchased product
1. To exchange products, you must notify us at the contact number on Geode.ge or in a personal message.
2. Products are exchanged by our own courier company, which we will send to the mentioned address
3. The product can be exchanged for any other model available on the site.
4. The product can be exchanged within 7 days from the day of its receipt on the address (the first day is considered to be the day after the day of delivery).
5. Exchange is possible if the product has a retained sales look and is in perfect condition
6. Purchased products can be exchanged only once (for free)
7. In case of detection of defects on the purchased product, its exchange term is set at 14 days after receipt of the product (the first day is considered to be the day after delivery).
Section 12– Return of online purchased product
1. To return the product, please inform us on the contact number on Geode.ge or in a personal message.
2. Products are returned by our own courier company, which we will send to the address
3. In case of return, the courier fees are payed the customer.
4. The product can be returned within 3 days from the day of its receipt (the first day is considered the day after the day of delivery).
5. Returns are possible if the product retains its sales look and is in perfect condition.
6. In case of refund, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the money was transferred within 2 to 5 working days. Refunds will be made once we receive the returned product on the address and it meets the above requirements.

Section – 14 – Legal side
You agree that we will use all means of legal protection provided by the legislation of Georgia in case of breach of contract. However, all costs incurred by the company, including attorney’s fees, will be covered by the breach party.

Any dispute or complaint relating in any way to Geode’s website, products or services, sold and / or supplied by us or through our website, will be resolved by a court of Georgia.
In case, any item of the Terms and Conditions becomes void, invalid or for any reason unenforceable, only that item will be deemed invalid. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
